3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking Process

Bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us, typically via email.

3.2 Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit and debit cards. All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

3.3 Pricing

While we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and will notify you if this affects your booking.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Cancellation by You

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled date: Full refund
• Cancellations made 3-6 days before: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before: No refund

4.2 Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrolment, instructor illness, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4.3 Rescheduling

Subject to availability, bookings may be rescheduled without penalty if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance.

5. Gift Vouchers

• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
• Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Vouchers may be redeemed against any service up to the voucher value
• If a service costs more than the voucher value, the difference must be paid at booking
• Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced

6. Health and Safety

6.1 Allergies and Dietary Requirements

You must inform us of any food allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

6.2 Kitchen Safety

You must follow all safety instructions provided by our instructors. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask participants to leave if they pose a safety risk to themselves or others.

6.3 Age Requirements

Participants must be 16 years or older unless the class is specifically designated for younger participants. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, recipes, and branding, is the property of brisk-tax and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

We may photograph or film classes for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being photographed. If you prefer not to appear in promotional materials, please inform us before the class begins.
